About the SPHRi Certification

Being an SPHRi Credential holder establishes your authority in the field of HR. HR is wide and vast, commands multi-functional areas in an organisation and serves as its engine of growth. The Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi) designation is for senior professionals who have extensive experience in HR Practice.

This Global credential is awarded by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI®) – USA upon successful completion of the course and the exam.

Entry Requirements

The SPHRi Course is a post-graduate study and the professional equivalence to a Master’s Degree in Human Resources.

It is typically taken by;

  • HND and First-Degree holders.

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources.

The SPHRi Exam

The SPHRiTM Exam is a one-time multiple-choice question.

The Exam will require candidates to remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate and solve complex HR problems.
