Overview of the Coaching Certification Program

This Professional Coach Certification training is facilitated by BERKHA Africa in collaboration with Zoweh Global Consult and Abundance Enterprise Coaching – USA, both ICF Accredited Coach training Institutions. The main objective is to make Professional Certified Coach training accessible to Ghanaians and other Africans and to add value to our continent’s development by raising Transformational Change Agents. The vision is to build and grow a vibrant professional coaching community with coaches who are competent, credible, and globally recognised.
This program combines the transformative, powerful tools and process of mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) with the professional rigour and global recognition of ICF (International Coach Federation) Level One Accreditation.
- It is a dynamic blend of neuroscience-based coaching tools with ICF’s foundational coaching competencies, designed to empower you to become a highly effective, transformative, globally recognised coach.
- By the end of this training, you will not only be able to offer your clients the ability to make aligned decisions by integrating their head, heart, and gut for lasting personal growth, you will also meet all of the educational requirements to apply for ICF’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.

ICF Competencies: Through interactive modules, mentoring, modelling and practice sessions, you will learn the core ICF coaching competencies, including ethical guidelines, powerful questioning, active listening, and co-creating goals with clients.
mBIT Integration: You will also dive deep into how the three brains communicate, work together and how to facilitate this alignment in yourself and your coaching. You will learn to help yourself and others to access the wisdom of their head, heart, and gut to make holistic, congruent decisions for a fulfilling, authentic, happier life.

- Core Competencies for ACC: Learn to demonstrate ICF’s 8 core competencies, which include establishing trust and intimacy, active listening, creating awareness, and facilitating client-driven growth.

- Creating a Coaching Agreement: Work with clients to set clear goals and expectations for your coaching relationships.

- The Three Brains: Understand how the head, heart, and gut influence decision-making, emotions, behaviour and wellness.

- Advanced Techniques: Master tools such as mBIT Alignment and mBIT Anchoring in Highest Expressions, which can be integrated into your coaching practice to help clients’ clear internal conflicts and access the wisdom of each brain for more joy, success, and well-being.
- Practical Applications: Use real-world case studies and role-plays to practice mBIT techniques in a coaching setting, ensuring clients’ heads, hearts, and guts are aligned when making decisions.
- Supervised Coaching Sessions: Engage in one-on-one practice coaching sessions with peers, utilizing ICF competencies and mBIT techniques, and receive structured feedback from instructors and fellow participants.

Program Outcomes
Achieve ICF ACC Credential Readiness:
This training fulfils the education requirements for ICF’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential, a globally recognised coaching certification.
- You will complete the required 60 hours of training for ACC certification.
- You will gain the practical experience to demonstrate ICF’s core competencies through real coaching practice and feedback.
- You will have all the mentor coaching hours and performance evaluation completed upon successful completion of ENC.
Master mBIT Coaching:

Program Duration & Structure
Training Format:
mBIT: Four full days of mandatory in-person training.
Outcome – 30 ICF Credits from Zoweh Global Consult.
ICF: Online, mandatory bi-weekly two-hour live sessions for 24 hours of synchronous learning, self-paced assignment for 6 hours, and practice coaching hours are encouraged.
Outcome – 30 ICF Credits from Abundance Enterprise Coaching- USA
ICF Accreditation Process: ENC will include information for graduating coaches to apply for the ICF ACC Credential with ICF.
Embodied Neuroscience Coaching is a program that combines mBIT and ICF Level One Coaching Education for a unique opportunity to integrate scientifically grounded coaching tools with globally recognised coaching standards. By combining ICF’s core competencies, Ethics and Values, with the powerful techniques of mBIT, coaches will develop the skills, knowledge, and credentials needed to become a world-class coach who can help clients make powerful, aligned decisions and achieve transformational results.
