Sika Abla Addo is a Partner and the Head of the Corporate Division of Addo, Addo (Legal Attorneys). She holds a B.A (Hons) in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Ghana.

She also holds LLB from the University of Ghana and BL from the Ghana School of Law.

Sika holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Governance and a participated in the Global Law and Business Seminar organised by the Columbia Law School.

She is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. She leads her team in providing critical legal advisory services and opinion.

Sika has vast experience in corporate and transactional services for various companies and possesses strong negotiation skills and deals with private and public sector organisations.

Sika Abla Addo has worked in the private sector for a period spanning over ten (10) years. She has immense experience in transactional law and led and advised on restructuring of Companies both local and international companies doing business in Ghana. She is also experienced in handling high-end projects and financings.

She has undertaken some key projects in the area of contract review, assignments and property acquisition.

In addition, she has a great deal of expertise in the area of arbitration law and practice. In particular, she has been deeply involved in various comparative studies undertaken in the area of arbitration law and practice.  She has also been involved in the review of Statement of Case for various companies embarking on arbitration proceedings.

Sika Abla Addo has obtained a great deal of expertise in the area of Company Secretarial Services and currently provides company secretarial services to various Boards.
