Margaret Jackson FLPI ACC is the Managing Partner of Rainbow Consult, a Credentialled Coach and Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist. She is also a Leadership and Mental Health Fitness Coach. With over 30 years of experience, she helps individuals and organizations unlock their full potential. She is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) UK, LPI Expert Facilitator, Certified Online Learning Designer, IFC Master Trainer, IFC Master Instructional Designer and a member of ANDE. Margaret has extensive adult learning, instructional design, and capacity-building expertise. She also holds key leadership roles as Board Chair of HR Network Africa and Leaders Fort Institute, an Advisory Board Member of the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), and ANDE West Africa. Margaret is the proud convener of the L&D Africa Conference, a platform dedicated to advancing learning and development practices across the continent.
She is passionate about the development of women and has been instrumental in developing financial literacy programs that impact over 1,500 illiterate and semi-illiterate women in Ghana. She also led the team that created, designed courses for, and piloted the Access Bank Mini-MBA Program, which was
deployed to ten African countries. The Mini-MBA equips women entrepreneurs with business skills to scale up their businesses. She also led the team that designed the course on mentorship and a handbook for mentors for the Millennium Development Agency’s (MiDA) Ghana Power Compact Internship and Mentoring Programme. This program provides mentorship opportunities for young girls in STEM.
Margaret has designed training manuals and training programs for organisations across Africa and the Middle East. She has led various curriculum development projects for organizations like SNV Netherlands Organisation, IFC, Dalex Finance and Leasing Company, and has trained over five hundred (500) trainers under the IFC program. She is also an anti-corruption compliance trainer for Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE). A prolific public speaker, Margaret loves to coach and mentor young women.
