Lizzy-Ann is a Chartered Management Consultant with enormous expertise in Corporate Governance, Organisational Effectiveness, Industrial Relations, Negotiations, Human Resource Management, and Appropriate Dispute Resolution.

She is central in keeping companies agile, productive, and well-versed in evaluating current business conditions and devising forward-thinking plans to guide businesses to bring about needed change to remain relevant in the new business world.

Lizzy-Ann is currently the Deputy CEO of Gamey and Gamey Group.

She has been a Consultant with the Gamey and Gamey Group, Accra, and several allied firms for over ten years. She provides corporate training and leads labor and business negotiations and advisory services.

She provides world-class access to resources on all aspects of ADR, Organisational Effectiveness, Leadership, Executive Coaching, Human Resource Management, and Labor Relations.

Lizzy-Ann is a certified PULSE Corporate Trainer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management and the Project Management Institute. She is also a listed Mediator and Arbitrator on the rooster of the National Labour Commission. She has immense practical achievements and experience in handling any assignment in Leadership, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource Management.

Lizzy-Ann is also a Management Consultant for BERKHA Africa, an Executive Coach for Africa Leadership University’s Centre for a ReImagined Africa, Rwanda, where she provides individual and group coaching to public and private sector leaders in Africa and the lead facilitator for Managing Industrial Relations in the Health Sector segment of the GIMPA Training and Consulting HAM program.

She also  the facilitator of  Labour Law class for Senior Professionals in Human Resources – International(SPHRi) candidates at Cambridge Centre of Excellence, Accra.

Lizzy-Ann has variously led negotiations for government, companies, and workers in Ghana’s corporate and financial sector and has vast regional exposure in providing corporate, human capital development, and conflict management advisory services to institutions across West Africa and Europe.

She has been involved in designing policies and strategies for clients in both the public and private sectors. As a consultant, she has also led labor negotiations for key clients and represented them at the National Labor Commission (NLC). She has enormous exposure working with clients in diverse sectors, including organizational structuring/re-structuring, and reviewing of Policies for both the public and private sectors of Ghana.

Lizzy-Ann is also part of the team that represented the Government of Ghana and the Receiver in the Labour negotiations with the worker’s Unions of the Erstwhile Capital Bank, UT Bank, Heritage Bank, and the 347 microfinance Institutions whose licenses were revoked by the Bank of Ghana.

She also has experience in both print and electronic media from New Times Corporation (Ghanaian Times Newspaper) and a talk show host for Sierra Leone Broadcasting Service (SLBS) radio in the early years of her career.

Lizzy-Ann is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Sustainable Development and Diplomacy at EUCLID University. She holds a Professional Executive Master in Appropriate Dispute Resolution, and an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability from the University of Cumbria, UK. She is a Certified Professional Coach  in Leadership and Transformational Coaching from Coach Masters Academy, Singapore, and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
