Fabian has twenty-five (25) years of HR generalist experience on the international front, within the African continent, Middle East and well as the National level (South Africa). He holds a degree (Honors) in Theology, Master’s Degree in Business Management (Strategic HR Management) and Post Graduate Degree in Business Management.

He is humanitarian in nature and passionate to see people empowered to reach their full potential. Fabian currently serves as the National Director of an international non-profit providing global training, humanitarian, social relief, and community development in South Africa.

He has vast leadership and Board experience, currently serving on the board of OM South Africa, OM Lesotho, and Bitou River. In the past he served on Durban Chamber of Commerce Council as member, Chairman of HR Committee, Remuneration Committee, Social & Ethics Committee, Transformation Committee, Nomination Committee as well as many other Boards and committees.

Fabian is experienced in providing Strategic HR consulting services to clients requiring executive level support, project design, and advice to achieve maximum output and growth excellence. He also has expertise in Organizational Development, including leadership and team development, employee trainings and talent development, Performance Management, as well as HR Advice and Systems Design.

Over the period, amongst other roles, Fabian has served as the Group Human Resources Executive for the South African Sugar Association between, HR Manager for BSN MEDICAL (ESSITY), Senior HR Manager for CONLOG (SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC), Group HR Manager for PAARL COLDSET (NOVUS HOLDINGS), providing HR leadership to a large manufacturing organization in Durban, to multiple printing factories nationally with HQ in Cape Town.

Fabian is currently the National Director of OM, South Africa providing leadership as the CEO of national NPO organization based in Pretoria. He is also currently providing HR services to clients on an ad-hoc basis.
